How Overnight Car Seat Spa Works
1. Book your service
Choose your seat or stroller type, then select your pickup date, time, and address. Please note: If you are scheduling more than one item, please see png on website below for instructions
2. Set your seat out for pickup
Place your child’s seat or stroller on your doorstep, and we will pick it up. Pick up window: 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrival will be as close to scheduled time as possible.
3. We deep clean overnight
We vacuum, spot clean, shampoo fabric as appropriate, clean hard surfaces, and remove hidden debris using baby-safe products while following manufacturer care guidance.
4. Wake up to a fresh, clean seat
Your cleaned seats are returned the following morning, cleaned and ready for reinstallation. Delivery window: 7:00–9:00 AM (weekdays) | 8:00–10:00 AM (weekends). Earlier delivery may be available upon request; additional fees may apply.
Before pickup
Please remove all personal items, detachable toys, and any loose accessories not part of the seat.
* Important Reminders*
Parents/guardians are responsible for reinstalling the seat and verifying all straps, buckles, and headrest positions before use, as adjustments may shift during cleaning.
Payment Required to Confirm Appointment
Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. If payment has not been received 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

We take great care in cleaning your child’s car seat using gentle, baby-safe products and thoughtful handling. Our goal is to provide a clean, refreshed seat while maintaining safety and care throughout the process.

- Pickup & delivery: Tampa FL.
We offer evening pickup and return your cleaned seat by morning. Pickup and delivery are included within our standard Tampa service area. A $10 travel fee may apply for locations outside of Tampa. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, distance, or scheduling needs. We will always keep you informed of any changes.
Payment Policy
All invoices must be paid 2 hours before service begins. Overnight Car Seat Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment with an unpaid invoice.

Safety & Care
We review manufacturer care guidance whenever possible and avoid disassembling critical components.
Parents or guardians are responsible for reinstalling and inspecting the car seat after cleaning.
Please bring your car seat inside shortly after delivery. Extended time in the provided bag, especially in heat or humidity, may affect freshness.Not all stains are removable, however Overnight Car Seat Spa will do everything the manufacturer will allow to remove.
Condition & Service Limits
Our service is designed to clean and refresh car seats, not repair damage.
Seats with significant damage or safety concerns may be declined.
Please remove all personal items, toys, and accessories before pickup.
Liability
By booking, you agree to release Overnight Car Seat Spa and its team from claims related to the cleaning and handling of your car seat.
If an issue arises, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
